We have the education and training (Reserve Fund Planning Professional – RFPP designation from the AIC/UBC) and experience in reserve fund study preparation, since 2015, over eleven years of experience. We have experience in bare land, commercial and multi-family residential reserve fund studies. We have also prepared reserve fund studies for life lease and senior housing, and religious institutions as well as recreational properties.
